Chocolate brownie recipe-vegan

I love brownies a lot... but then finding an eggless brownie (which should also be free from flaxseeds)is hard hence in this post I'm sharing with you all a simple homemade brownie recipe which is really easy and fingerlicking tasty .So Lets start baking!!!

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups maida(all purpose flour)
12-16 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar(optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Pro tip:For healthy twist use brown sugar instead of the white sugar or combine them by 50:50 proportion.
METHOD
Preheat the oven for about 170c
In a mixing bowl add maida,sugar,salt,baking powder,vanilla essence (extract),cocoa powder and mix it well.
Now add vegetable oil and pour water to get a fluid consistency.
Mix them well .
Now pour them in a baking tray and spread them well with a spatula.
Now bake them for about 30 mins.
check it by using a skewer stick or simply a fork to prick it and see that the brownie is cooked or not.
Cut them and serve it!!.
